WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Please see our Size Guide here for our sizing suggestions.

Feel free to include your measurements with your order also. This way I can double check everything as I sew to make sure you have chosen the best size! 

If you’re between sizes, shopping for your partner, or just generally not sure, send through your measurements here or get in touch at info@littleellelingerie.com and I would be happy to help you out!

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY MEASUREMENTS FALL OUTSIDE YOUR SIZE CHART?

If you find your measurements fall outside the Size Guide we can still make any of our styles for you! I frequently do Custom Orders for both Plus and Petite customers and would love to hear from you! Send us an email at info@littleellelingerie.com or contact us here to enquire!

 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS?

I love custom orders! Here at Little Elle Lingerie, all pieces are made to order from my studio in Brisbane. I make each and every piece one by one for every single customer, giving me the ability to tweak and change things to make sure it is the absolute perfect fit for you. 

Want to add some extras straps? Perhaps a little extra coverage? Maybe you love a particular design but would prefer it in a different colour or fabric? Well I would LOVE to make it happen for you! Fill out the Custom Orders form here and I can get back to you with a tailored quote.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ITEM?

As all items are handmade to order they will take a little time to arrive. Orders are usually sewn and shipped between 5-7 days after an order is placed. If the expected ship date is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

I know this wait might be a little longer than you are used to, but please remember you are purchasing something that is made especially for you, by me, with my own two hands. I\’d say that\’s something special worth waiting for!

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please check if your postage option comes with tracking included. Once your order has been shipped you will get a notification that it\’s on it\’s way! If you have selected a postage option with tracking included you will also receive this tracking number so you can follow your items journey to your door!

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All Australian orders come with FREE SHIPPING included.

All International orders over $90 AUD come with FREE SHIPPING included.

WHOOPS! I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?

No worries! If you haven\’t recieved your shipping notification yet, get in touch here or send us an email with your name, order number and correct address at info@littleellelingerie.com and we can update it for you to make sure your item arrives safely.

 

MY ORDER HASN\’T ARRIVED YET?

Once we have dispatched your package we can no longer be responsible if it does not arrive within the estimated time. Packages can sometimes get delayed with the delivery service and we hope you understand that we have no control over this.

If you do not receive your package within 30 days of the shipping notification please notify us.

 

DO I NEED TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS TAXES OR DUTIES?

Some countries require you to pay an additional customs fee or import tax for which you will be responsible for. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and do not collect any additional payment from them. Some items can also be delayed in customs for longer periods of time, which we again have no control over.

Please note: We refuse to mark anything as a ‘Gift’ or at a lower value so that a customer can avoid taxes. This is illegal and all requests to do so will be refused.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW LINGERIE?

To get the most out of your new lingerie, we recommend a COLD HAND WASH for all our products, using a mild detergent. 

Do not soak for longer than 30 minutes. Do not wash in a high heat. Do not tumble dry.

Dry items flat in shade.

Please see care labels on all garments for additional washing and care instructions.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

All standard items are eligible for returns, excluding underwear. Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping notification and must be sent back in the original, unworn condition. 

All Custom Made items (i.e. Non-standard sized garments. Any items that have been custom made for you.) will not be eligible for return. 

Any items that have been worn or arrive with makeup marks or perfume will not be accepted.
