We understand that shopping online can be hard sometimes. Will the item fit? How will the fabric feel? Do I feel comfortable? Therefore we have a simple returns policy so you can shop with confidence. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
All standard items are eligible for returns, excluding underwear. Items must be returned within 60 days of the shipping notification and must be sent back in the original, unworn condition.
All Custom Made items (i.e. Non-standard sized garments. Any items that have been custom made for you.) will not be eligible for return.
Any items that have been worn or arrive with makeup marks or perfume will not be accepted.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
Please email your returns requests through to email@example.com and I will get back to you with how to proceed with your return. Please include your name, item you wish to return and reason for returning.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer, unless in the unlikely situation that an item is deemed faulty.
CAN I RETURN UNDERWEAR BOTTOMS?
Due to health / hygiene reasons we strictly cannot accept returns on any underwear bottoms for any reason. Please check the size guide here and choose carefully. As always, I am more than happy to answer any of your sizing questions.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEMS BY?
All customers have 60 days from date of the shipping notification to return your items. This includes transit time, so please make sure you return your item ASAP.
